Motivational Mix + Message from Hyped-Up Reese

Hello Sunshine 🌤,

Remember when we used to talk like TH!S 0N TH3 !NT3RN3T??? & through text. I am so glad those days are behind us. But, ahh what a time.. & If you have no idea what I am talking about then I just wanna say good morning and welcome to earth. I hope the rest of this message finds you well! Let's get into this week's quote 🚀

This week’s quote is all about spiritual law—specifically, how to tap into that good karma.

"...Whatever good we give out completes the circle and comes back to us." - Flora Edwards

Think of it like a boomerang. You have to keep throwing it out there for it to return. But here’s what most people forget: Giving only works if you’re open to receiving.

If you look down on the people you serve or feel uncomfortable accepting help, best believe you could be blocking your own blessings. When it’s your turn to receive, you might reject opportunities, resources, or even simple kindness—because deep down, you’ve convinced yourself you don’t need or deserve them.

I’ve been guilty of this myself. I believed that asking for help was a sign of weakness. I prided myself on being self-reliant. But that mindset was actually weak. When I truly needed help, I couldn’t recognize it as help—so I suffered unnecessarily.

And I know I’m not the only one. Some people feel lonely because they think saying “good morning” first makes them look weak. Some stay single because they refuse to send that first text. Some miss out on opportunities because they don’t believe they’re worthy of receiving.

The truth is: Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. When you give, make sure your hands are open to receiving—so you don’t block what’s meant for you!!!

The book " The Go - Giver" has helped me understand these principles. If you want to learn more about giving and receiving, grab it here.

Before I end this message I want to give you some actionable steps to take so that we can implement this way of living and unblock our blessings effective immediately, okay.. period.

Action Steps:

1. Take Inventory of Your Mindset – Ask yourself: Do I struggle with receiving? Do I reject compliments, turn down help, or feel guilty when good things come my way? If so, it’s time to shift that mindset.

2. Practice Small Acts of Receiving – Accept compliments with a simple “thank you.” Let someone buy you some shit. Say yes when help is offered. Start allowing yourself to receive with grace.

3. Give Without Attachment – Give freely, without expectation, but trust that the universe will return it in ways you will not expect!! .

4. Apply the 5 Laws from The Go-Giver Book:

• Value – Give more in value than you take in payment.

• Service – Your success is tied to how well you serve others.

• Influence – Look out for others and put their needs first.

• Authenticity – The best thing you can offer is your true self.

• Receptivity – Stay open to receiving, because that’s the key to giving effectively.

This message is soo important because think of all the opportunities you’ve lost simply by not being open to receiving.. yikes.

This week I challenge you to plant your seeds of goodness—and when the harvest comes, receive it with open arms no SZA.

Have a bomb ass week on purpose, I'll see you next week my friend. Enjoy!

-Reese
