Motivational Mix + Message From Hyped-Up Reese

Good Morning 🚀,

Welcome to another Monday here on Earth. I wanted to remind you to make sure to wipe the crust out of your eyes when you wake up and start your day. Last week I forgot to do that and immediately started recording the motivational mix. Lol and if you have tuned into the most recent motivational mixes you know I’m recording them live now. Here's today's video motivational message ⬇️

Today’s motivational message is brought to us by Ida Scott Taylor, our good sis let’s us know that “One day at a time - this is enough … Live in the present and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering”.

Ida is onto something, there are times where I find myself stuck thinking about the future or the past so much that I forget to be there in my present experiences. I get so caught up thinking about what I didn’t have or what was going to happen that I mentally walked out of important moments in my life. Recently, I’ve realized that there are forces at work far beyond my control and that my mind was not capable of controlling it all and that this is OK. The peace you will get from knowing that you are truly enough in the present moment is amazing and you should be accessing it more often.

I challenge you to be present in your life and search for the beauty even in the shitty moments. This is not a newsletter that promotes toxic positivity, life gets hard, we know this, feel that shit but don’t let it own you. Instead of letting the pain beat us up, let’s get creative and dance with that hoe.

Remember

Yes YOU, you’ve got this. I believe in you, and on that note; try have a bomb ass week on purpose. Press play on this 🔥 mix that’s guaranteed to put you in a good mood. Also read this book if you’re trying to figure out how to stay more present. It's called Untethered Soul by Michael A Singer Link Here. (I actually listen to this book at least once a week* it’s a pretty powerful tool)
